I really had great fun learning kite surfing with Philios.  His passion for the sport and his excellent skills and friendly approach made the whole experience very enjoyable.  Even after I finished the lessons I would go back to the beach to see him and he would lend me his gear to do some practice.

I took lessons with Eightsmileys in August of 2009, it was awesome!  The instructor was extremely patient and very helpful, I could tell he was very experienced and he knew exactly what I was doing wrong every time, even tiny problems that were slightly hindering my progress.  Eightsmileys, has excellent kite surfing equipment to use and practice before you purchase your own kit.  The weather in Cyprus is perfect for kite surfing and Paramali beach is the ideal place as is only 20 minutes far from Limassol center.  I totally recommend taking lessons with Eightsmileys.

Great sport.... Five hours under the hot sun seemed just five minutes, the sport itself provides you all the energy you need.  Personally I am waiting to get over with my semester so i can kitesurf again.  At the beginning i was a bit out of my waters but with the help of Philios i got over it.  I recommend it to anyone who loves the adrenaline rush and the experience of "flying" over the waves.
